Defending Dion

correct me if i am wrong and i am talking to all of the Phaneuf haters out there...Sutter in Calgary signed him to this rich contract what was he supposed to say no i don`t want the money you are giving me i am not worth it....Give me a break and if he was such a cancer then why now that he is gone the Flames are not doing any better....???? Can anyone answer me this...????
